Terms & Conditions

On purchasing any of my art you must adhere to these rules;

None of my art is allowed on Worlize or Toxic Flow.

Premades

• When you buy a premade from me, please make sure you send deltas to HaikuBaiku on chatlands or money to [email protected] via. paypal.
• Once I have received the payment and have added your permissions, you are free to use the pose, however you must not use the pose before the permissions is added under any circumstance.
• Please tell me if you have changed your name so I can update the permissions. Only, I will not continue changing it if you change your name often.
• You, and only you may use the pose you have bought, unless you have paid for a friend.
• I cannot refund you.

Commissions

• Commissions are paid for via. deltas or paypal.
• The kinds of commissions and my rules are available on my commissions page.
• Please remember that that art you bought was made by me, so while I do not mind you selling on the art (exclusively commissions), I would like you to give me credit where it is due and to not sell it for more than you bought it.
  
  

Characters or Reference Commissions

• Permission for the character will be posted along with the picture either on a WHF thread or deviantArt.
• Please remember to tell me if you are selling the character along so I can update the permissions.
• Do not sell the character for more than what you bought it UNLESS you have commissioned more art for the character.
• Please do not entirely change the character.
• Give credit to me where it is due.
